Yes — this is one of our most common mandates. A standard headhunting search takes 6 to 10 weeks from assignment signature to shortlist. This includes the MaR© phase (1–2 weeks), candidate identification (2–4 weeks), structured interviews and reference checks (2–3 weeks). Executive search for C-level positions typically requires 8 to 14 weeks. All assignments include a search guarantee.

Fees are structured as a percentage of the hired candidate’s gross annual salary (RAL), paid in three progressive tranches. For headhunting, fees typically range from 15% to 25% of the annual gross salary. For executive search (C-level, General Manager), fees range from 20% to 30%. Every mandate includes the search guarantee and the Market Analysis Report MaR©.
